Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Commons Cafe.

Returns

We accept return requests made within 7 days of the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unopened

• Unused

• In its original packaging

• In the same condition in which it was received

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that have been opened, used, brewed, consumed, damaged after delivery, or removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return.

To request a return, please contact Commons Cafe through the contact information provided on our website and include your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent to us without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect when delivered.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Commons Cafe is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the item and shipping packaging

After reviewing the request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Nonreturnable Items

The following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

• Coffee

• Matcha and tea

• Food or other consumable products

• Personal-use or sanitary products

• Gift cards

• Final-sale items

• Customized or personalized products

Sale items are only eligible for return when the product listing does not state that the item is final sale.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit-card provider to process and post the refund.

Commons Cafe reserves the right to deny a refund when a returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements described in this policy.

Order Cancellations

We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or changed after it has been placed. Contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation or modification.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
