Banko Gotiti is one of Yirgacheffe's most respected washing stations, and this washed lot from Glitch Coffee shows exactly why. A blend of indigenous Kurume, Dega, and Wolisho heirloom varieties, it brews a cup that's sweet, clean, and gently complex. Apricot and orange up front, with a warm brown sugar finish. Approachable for everyday brewing.
