Colombia Huila La Terraza Chiroso

Chiroso is Colombia's most exciting emerging varietal. Genetically linked to Ethiopian landraces, producing a cup that reads more like a bright washed Ethiopian than a classic Colombian. This lot from Finca La Terraza in Huila, sourced through Qima Coffee, is grown between 1,650–1,900 meters and washed traditionally after a 12–36 hour fermentation.
