The 74158 heirloom varietal is slow-dried on shaded beds for up to 30 days, letting florals and fresh fruit develop without the heaviness of a typical natural. Clean, sweet, and surprisingly delicate for a natural-processed Ethiopian. Best after 60 days off-roast.
